Please note:

• Use only reputable envelope manufacturers. Envelopes must have permit mail insignia and return address printed on. Check the size and positioning of the windows on the envelopes to ensure that the name & address details show clearly through the window. Self-seal or strip-seal envelopes cannot be used on the machines.
• The quality of stationary impacts on the speed of the machines. Always use long grain paper for laser printed elements; gloss paper slows the machines down.
• For smooth progress & accurate reading, exact OMR or bar-code specifications must be used when printing.
